AMFANIN SUKARIN GLUCOSE Glucose nau'in sukari ne da ake yiwa laƙabi da "monosaccharide," wato dangin sukari mai rukuni ƙwayar zarra (molecule) ɗaya. Daga cikin wannan dangi akwai irinsu galactose da fructose, waɗanda sune suke haɗuwa su samar da cikakken sukari mai rukunin ƙwayar zarra biyu, wato "disaccharide." Dukannin wani nau'in sukari yana samuwa ne daga dangin abinci na carbohydrates, wato launukan abinci masu samar da kuzari da gina jiki irinsu shinkafa, dankali, gwaza, masara, da sauransu.
