AMFANIN SUKARIN GLUCOSE
Glucose nau'in sukari ne da ake yiwa laƙabi da "monosaccharide," wato dangin sukari mai rukuni ƙwayar zarra (molecule) ɗaya. Daga cikin wannan dangi akwai irinsu galactose da fructose, waɗanda sune suke haɗuwa su samar da cikakken sukari mai rukunin ƙwayar zarra biyu, wato "disaccharide."
Dukannin wani nau'in sukari yana samuwa ne daga dangin abinci na carbohydrates, wato launukan abinci masu samar da kuzari da gina jiki irinsu shinkafa, dankali, gwaza, masara, da sauransu. Su kuwa waÉ—annan dangin abinci É—auke suke da sinadaran hydrogen, carbon, da oxygen.
Amfanin glucose a jiki ya haÉ—a da:
1. Samar da kuzari ga dukkanin ƙwayoyin halitta a jiki, wato cells.
2. Taimakawa ƙwaƙwalwa wajen gudanar da aiki cikin sauƙi.
3. Yaƙar cutukan ƙwaƙwalwa kamar Alzheimer da Parkinson.
4. Samar da lafiyar fata ta fuskar wadatar danshi da kore tamoji.
5. Ƙarawa ƙasusuwan jiki ƙwari, da kuma taimaka masu wajen gudanar aikin ƙarfi.
6. Glucose na taimakawa jiki ta hanyar samar da sabbin ƙwayoyin halittun jini (red blood cells) waɗanda suke da alhakin gudanar da jini a cikin jiki.
7. Daidaita hormones kamar insulin da kuma hormones na girma, masu taimakawa jiki wajen girma. Ma iya cewa shiyasa yaran yanzu suke da saurin girma. 😂
8. Samar da lafiyar idanu. Idan mukayi duba izuwa buhunan sukari, zamu ga zanen ido. Hakan yana tabbatar mana da cewa akwai sinadarin Vitamin A a cikin sukari, wanda yake taimakawa idanu.
9. Kare ƙwayoyin halittu (cells) daga cutuka da gajiya.
10. Rage yaÉ—uwar kumburin jiki.
